Terms and Conditions

Party Bookings

• Your booking with Spellbinding Parties will be confirmed once we have received your deposit and you have signed this Terms and Conditions form.
• After receiving your booking form, you have seven days to pay your £30 deposit and complete the Terms and Conditions form to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance for your party must be paid at least one week before your party.
• If any property belonging to Spellbinding Parties is damaged, you may risk losing your deposit.
• If you have a Bouncy Castle, we ask that you turn it off to ensure you are making the most of your time booked with us and also, to ensure the children can hear their entertainer.
• We offer five party packages: 10 minute Doorstep Visit, 30-minute visit 60 minutes; 90 minutes and 2 hours.
• The price for the booking is strictly based on the amount of time you have your entertainer for, not specific activities undertaken.
• Pass the Parcel is provided as standard at all 90 minute and two-hour parties.

Cancellations

• Your deposit is non-refundable. However, we are extremely flexible in liaising with you to find an alternative date based on availability.
• We accept no liability for any party lateness or non-completion related to circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather, national emergencies etc.

Venue

• As the client, it is your responsibility to secure an appropriate, safe venue for your party to take place.
• We do not accept liability for any damages that may occur on site.
• The host/parent is responsible at all times for the general supervision of children within the party venue and their safe departure after the event.

The Little Ones

• Strictly a maximum of 30 children allowed.
• Our entertainers are booked to entertain the children. If children are being disruptive, it is the responsibility of the parents or hosts, not the entertainer, to control them. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the supervision of party activities provided by us.

Health And Safety

• Keeping everyone safe is incredibly important to us and we will do all that we can to ensure that no injury occurs to any persons at our events. However, in the unlikely event that an accident occurs, Spellbinding Parties cannot be held responsible.
• It is the responsibility of the client to inform the party organiser if any child that will be attending the party has allergies, illnesses or any other type of disability.
• Spellbinding Parties entertainers are DBS checked.

Photography

• Spellbinding Parties will always ask permission to take photographs or videos at a party. These photographs will be the property of Spellbinding Parties. We reserve the right to use photographs for promotional purposes.
• The client is also welcome to take photographs or videos at their booking and can post online. When posting online, you are invited to tag Spellbinding Parties so that, with your permission, we can share this with our followers.

Disclaimer

• We do not wish to violate or infringe upon any copyright laws.
• We DO NOT claim to be associated with any copyrighted or name brand character.
• Our characters are derived from well-known fairytale characters or party themes.
• All clients booking us must be in acceptance that our characters are not representing licensed characters or their stories. Please do not confuse our characters with the Walt Disney Trademarked characters. Spellbinding Parties has no association with the Walt Disney Company.
